Our company has always adhered to the principles of technological innovation and quality-oriented development. It has been granted numerous invention patents and utility model patents, and has won a series of honors, including the Hong Kong ICT Awards, the First Prize of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the only key funded project for innovation and entrepreneurship among returned overseas students in Jiangmen City.
The factory has fully passed ISO management system certifications. All products have obtained international safety certifications including CE, CQC, and ETL, and feature interconnectivity and compatibility with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Meanwhile, our company has officially integrated into global technology ecosystems including Google, Apple, Oracle, Assa Abloy, and Octopus, and obtained official technical certifications from these parties. We continue to align our products with international standards.

Lincogn Group was founded with a focus on website design and mobile application development, laying the initial foundation for its future deep engagement in IoT technologies.

Lincogn Technology Co., Ltd. was subsequently established in Hong Kong, beginning with the R&D of smart switches. Backed by a professional manufacturing facility with over 20 years of production experience, the company gradually evolved into an integrated smart switch solution provider, encompassing R&D, production, and manufacturing within a unified operational model.
2014-2017
As an early pioneer in the IoT smart switch industry, the company secured OEM partnerships with leading international brands such as Schneider Electric and ManjiaMei, while launching its proprietary Yoswit product series—including Bluetooth smart switches and portable thermostats—earning multiple industry awards and establishing a dual-track model of international OEM manufacturing and in-house branding.
2018
Making its first appearance at the Shanghai International Smart Home Exhibition, the company systematically showcased its smart home solutions to the mainland China market. Through extensive engagement with customers and industry experts, multiple strategic cooperation intentions were formed, marking the official expansion into the mainland market.
2019
The Jiangmen branch in Guangdong focuses on the research and development of smart home, smart community, and intelligent access control products. It has been recognized by the government as the sole key innovation and entrepreneurship project for returned overseas talents in Jiangmen, demonstrating strong technological capabilities and innovation potential.
2020
Leveraging proprietary core technologies such as facial recognition access control, intelligent voice control, and radar sensing, the company has successfully passed multiple authoritative evaluations and was selected for the Hong Kong Science Park InnoCell flagship project. This project was awarded the title of “Hong Kong’s Smartest Building,” establishing the company as a benchmark for the future of intelligent living.
2020-2023
Entering a phase of rapid growth, partnerships were established with top-tier developers such as Henderson Land, Swire Properties, and Sun Hung Kai, enabling the Yoswit smart system to cover over 90% of new residential projects in Hong Kong and positioning it as the local leader in smart home solutions. Meanwhile, smart city infrastructure cooperation was secured with CLP Group, alongside expanded retail channels through Fortress.

2023-2025
Completing a strategic upgrade to a dual-brand model—Yoswit (smart home) and Yoslock (smart access control)—the product portfolio expanded to hundreds of offerings. Honored with the Hong Kong ICT Awards, the First Prize in China’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and achieving the prestigious National High-Tech Enterprise certification, the company’s technological innovation has gained national recognition.
2023
Launched the Yoswit Hospitality brand to provide end-to-end intelligent solutions for the smart hotel sector. In the same year, the solution was successfully implemented at Hong Kong’s iconic five-star Mira Hotel, creating the city’s first fully integrated smart hotel benchmark project and proving strong technology deployment and high-end market fit.
2025
The Zhongshan branch has officially relocated to the Bay Area Guanggu Technology Park, with the new facility obtaining ISO and CCC certifications, enhancing production capacity and R&D capabilities to support future growth.
2026
Plans include deploying smart solutions across five new hotels and expanding partnerships with three system integrators (SI) to deepen market presence and ecosystem collaboration within the smart hotel industry.
2027
Built smart solution projects in 10 hotels across Hong Kong and 2 overseas, while adding 2 new system integrator (SI) partners to drive scalable and international business growth.
2028
Advanced the company’s listing plan, marking the start of a new chapter of innovative development.
